The story sets in the far future when dogs became smarter.
The real world was destroyed many years ago, probably by meteors or something, and turned into a wasteland.
Just like in the movie Snowpiercer.
Tulip must pass all the puzzles and tests to replace the train manager who is getting old or something.

cartoon network drops good shows to fast in favor of recycled trash reboots like Teen titans go, we should try to get it on Disney XD. I know some people will say this is not a Disney style show but it is a lot like Gravity Falls, and that was a very popular show
