I loved the dynasty empires game or that one dynasty tactics game that was made I forget what I played that on.
DW5 Empires remastered will be nice. Enemy's troops don't really attack you.

Like i actually love the game
I got to admit, looking at it now I want to give this game another try. It's in defence when it launched I still couldn't revive my love for the Warriors series and now it's back am willing to give it a second go. The open-world, I wouldn't mind some of it returning in a future Dynasty Warriors 10, but I really want the more old school Dynasty Warriors and not this RPG style.
I'll be honest, I sorta wanna give this game another chance just so I could experience all the jank that the game wants to show me.
I enjoyed it the graphics was really good. The open world was something new i personally enjoyed it

I'm only about half an hour in, so I don't know if you touch on this at all, but can we talk about the bodyguard AI?
Like Holy cow I thought dw4's Lu Bu on hard was aggressive.
I've been leveling characters I don't like too much as bodyguards and they go all in. They'll even do the finishers if you're not fast enough. Zhou yu took so many officer kills from me because I didn't hit Y fast enough.
I got over the cloned weapons pretty quickly, honestly. The special attacks differentiate the characters enough for how their combos set up.
Game suuuuuucked at launch, but lately I've picked it back up and I've…. Literally wasted 3 days playing it now.
Edit: On the AI, you're so right. I have been getting juggled a bit while playing on chaos difficulty, but it's never been anything too rough.
This game is on sale on playstation hits for $24.95 for standard edition. I appreciate u making this video cause wasnt sure what was patched before I would consider purchasing it 👍.
I actually enjoy dw9 it definitely takes a lot of inspiration from a few games but it feels like strike force but without the transformations
The only problem I have with the game is the stale voice acting at least english wise

Is DW8 backwards compatible on Xbox One? I still really want to try it out and lately it's only like $15-$20 nowadays in game stores
Gotta say I was very iffy about the game after seeing a lot of bad reviews upon release, but after watching a more current one where there has been plenty updates, Im gonna try it out. Bought the complete edition that came with a FUCK TON of DLC and Im looking forward to trying it. I tend to like games that most people hate anyways. I will probably get annoyed with the insanely huge map, but Ive heard the storyline is pretty ok. I've always been about the story to a point where back in DW3 I was memorizing dialogue.
Wish me luck guys. Im just such a huge fanboy with this game cause I grew up playing it with my dad and we LOVED it. Im glad bodyguards are still a thing because I loved having super strong bodyguards. Im ok with dumb AIs because Im someone who loves playing bots on games like Smite, Overwatch and Paladins.
wow the cities look really good tho! They should try to make it a bit like mount and blade bannerlords or something. Thats what i thought about when i heard it's open world
