I'm a little confused. On one computer I was able to use the installer perfectly, but now I have a new one, since that computer was getting old. Now I tried downloading the latest optifine one the new computer and it opens as a WinRar file instead of in Java. If I try right clicking and selecting "open with" Java isn't one of the options, even though it is a jar file.
You need to prove that its real i believe you

if I want to opti fine open with double click is an error message from java: Error:Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occured. Programm will exit.
