I love the idea, I'm not too fond about how DLC sets for season passes and costumes sets are highly priced. Its sure a turn off.

Tbh, I really enjoyed the open world feel. However, like most have stated, it's buggy, runs like shit, feels empty even with two years of patches, clone movesets, clone weapons, all and all just general laziness.
There has been slight improvements. Though selling what should've been in the main game isn't and or has ever gained favors Koei. We all know you're team isn't stupid. Just getting greedy in which we all despise. Don't be that way. Otherwise you'll reach the point of no return. Take Electronic Arts for an example.
Money isn't everything. You need satisfied customers to provide that and all this shit just pissed off people upon release. Especially loyal fans from the beginning of the series.
If Empires is to come out, keep the open world idea as it's great but you REALLY have to work on that shit. You can't half-ass it and expect a huge profit. Let your hard work be appreciated and it's a great feeling.
Many potential buyers or even new comers wait for reviews and if they become horrible, then you can kiss the what would've been purchasers goodbye. Much less any new fans that were forced to witness a fucking dumpster fire introduction to the series.
People still love the franchise. This next one will be the rise of a great comeback or your demise.
Don't be a cash grab company with dlcs.. DLC is fine so long as it's additional. As in has NEVER been in the main game. Such as newly made sound tracks, completely new outfits, new weird and for some reason oversized weapons. Take your time on your work and it will pay off. Don't sell us a bunch of washed up DW3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 'Old costumes,' 'Original Costumes,' and so on. Add that all into your next game for meeting a certin criteria or something. Be creative. Don't make it dummy hard either. Throw in all old music tracks from previous titles to give your players and older fans nostalgic feel. Also for fucks sake, next time you try english dub again, get the orginals from 8. Though with the events that occured you couldn't, so that's understandable but don't have a group of english cast members that don't know the feeling, have had no time to undertand their characters emotion and state of positon, or even know the characters themselves. English dub in 9 was just.. just I wanna rip my fucking ears off from this shit. Like they didn't get the chance to read the script. Sounds like they had one voice recording and it was a done deal.
Especially everyones favorite… instead of Wu, with a W sound, my dude said Ou.
It wasn't even Dw3 english funny. It was just really, really bad. Don't do that again. If you can't get proper english voice actors, don't include it in the game. Chinese needs work too. Lu Bu in Chinese sounded his Hmphs with ugghs. That and the depth of his voice didn't fit the character at all.
It's like seeing a huge brolic black guy sound like a pubescent child.
Your time would be much better managed if you also make your next game for the next gen consoles. Dw9 can be a diamond in the rough but it will need a complete overhaul and lots of rework.
That is all we ask Koei. Be the better company that shines above all greed.

This is dynasty warriors? what happened? I would rather them remake/remaster dynasty warriors 4 or 5 but with the body old bodyguard system. idk why they moved from like 8 to 1 from 4 to 5. anyways actual looks so braindead/ button mash

Can’t wait for Dynasty Warrior 9 Xtreme Legends Complete Edition where everyone has there own weapons and their own skills that makes them super unique and fun to explore and play…that would be nice 🤩🤩🤩
Honestly don't think anybody needs to go through the ridiculously similar yet fictional life of Liu Bei, Cao Cao, and Sun-Whoever-That-Hasn't-Died for the thousandth time. Just give us Empires and maybe scrap all the "main games" until people forget Three Kingdoms exist. These "main games" are distractions and Empires are the actual thing.
Actually scratch that. Give us a DW+SW Empires (Like Orochi and Empries but without Orochi characters) so I that I can kill Lu Bu as an actual ninja. Honestly, I have been wanting this since killing Lu Bu in that stupid Samurai Warriors survival tower.
I wish this game were more like DW5XL's Destiny and Xtreme mode, where our CAWs serve officers, with all the twists and betrayals. After they're done, they can roam around Xtreme Mode style fighting bandit chiefs and vagabonds.
I truly wanted the Role-playing elements out of this game which seems perfectly fits for the open world environment.
