Wtf! Why the hell you have like 4x more allies when you play solo then when u play splitscreen? When u play splitscreen every officer have 9 soldiers and the enemies have a looot. When u play solo then u officers have like 30 soldiers and it liok like a real war fights everywhere but on solit screen its trash! Cuz it dont look like war, everyone go on you and you have no allies even the bases have only like 6 soldiers and on solo they have a lot. I seriously dont get this and it ruin the game for me l dont wana feel like it's me vs everyone l want the war feeling. Total disappointment.

As this is 2 years old I'm not sure if You've figured this out yet or not but… A Gathering of Heroes is a 'random' map scenario. You're thinking of "Custom Campaign"
You could never change the other base rulers' location, just who was involved in the era…or just drop into the presets! Obviously you know nothing past the game… Loyal "Retainer"?…I mean you really don't know what that is? lol
