i actually have a more complex problem you see while i was setting up my new pc i accidentialy clicked on something that will convert videos into notepads so all my videos are notepads now and i dont know how to get it back to how it was
This bug comes from the update 1511 of Windows 10.
Try to install the anniversary update (1607)

I installed it and lot of bugs disappeared.

Why you talk to yourself in the comments?
Go to folder option, activate show hidden files, know go to start->all programs->startup & you should see the desktop.ini that apears at startup.
