How to make Putu Mayang
We love to eat, cook, and bake especially Indonesian snack. This video will show you how to make Indonesian traditional sweet snack called Putu Mayang (rice cake with coconut palm sugar sauce).
Putu Mayang Recipe :
For the cake :
-300gr Rice Flour
-100gr Tapioca Flour
-450gr Coconut Milk
-2 Tbs Sugar
-1 Tsp Salt
-Food Coloring
For the sauce :
-200 gr Palm Sugar
-30 gr Sugar
-450 ml Coconut Milk
-1 Pandan Leaf
